Mediations
Contact Gary Slater or Donald Kline
Mr. Slater and Mr. Kline are experienced mediators. We are available to act as arbitrators, mediators, or settlement conference masters for any family law issue (divorce, parenting plan, child support, modification, property settlement, etc.). Please call us should you need to schedule a mediation to satisfy your settlement conference requirement listed in the Order Setting Case Schedule.
Services
All services will be provided in the privacy of an attorney's office, whether it be an attorney for one of the parties, or, our law office. We do not charge any fees to travel to other offices.
Locations
The fee is $225.00 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Payment is required at the end of each session. It is anticipated that each side will be responsible for one-half of the total fees, although parties are free to agree upon a different apportionment, or may agree to have the mediator decide.

Our office will provide each party with confirmation of the mediation date and time and instructions on documents to be submitted in advance of the mediation.
